Multiple tinnitus surveys, with three different groups of people with tinnitus, over a period two years proved to us that tinnitus masking using white noise and or relaxing natures sounds, worked extremely well in some instances, but not that well, or not at all in others.

Why? This was a very frustrating, but ultimately rewarding question

Only after years of testing different sounds and frequencies with many of our clients, were we able to establish the reason for this anomaly. But we did discover the reason why some people love tinnitus masking and yet others say it is rubbish!

This was a truly a “eureka moment” for us and it has lead to a dramatic increase in the numbers of people who now find that tinnitus masking does indeed work well for them.
